2. User Conduct You agree not to post content that is intended to bully, harass, or threaten other students. Hateful, sexually explicit, discriminatory, or violent content is strictly prohibited. The platform is intended to foster a safe, inclusive, and helpful academic environment.
3. Child Safety and Protection (Mandatory) UniEngage has zero tolerance for any content related to the abuse, exploitation, or endangerment of children. We strictly prohibit the sharing of any material that depicts or promotes child sexual abuse, grooming, or harm. Any user attempting to share such content will be permanently banned and reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities (such as NCMEC) as required by law.
4. Reporting and Blocking Users are encouraged to use the in-app “Report” and “Block” features to flag any behavior, posts, or content that violates our community standards. Our moderation team reviews these reports promptly and manually removes any offensive content within 24 hours.
5. Moderation We reserve the right to remove any content, suspend, or permanently ban any user at our sole discretion to maintain the safety and integrity of the campus community.

User Content License and Rights By submitting, posting, or sharing content on UniEngage — including but not limited to forum posts, marketplace listings, event details, ride requests, lost & found reports, and profile information — you grant UniEngage a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the app's services. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary legal rights to all content you post.
